1. What does being a “member” mean?
You have access to purchase Chimera products online, and we will let you know about special offers, discounts, events etc that come up from time to time.
2. I’ve forgotten my password
Log into your account, and click on "Forgot Yor password" An email will be sent to your email Inbox that will include your password.
3. How do I contact Chimera if I have a query about my order?

4. Can I track my order?
Tracking an order is easy – log in to “My Account” to follow your order progress. Or email us at customerservice@chimeracc.com
5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are despatcched 1-2 business days, please allow a further 1 or 2 business days for delivery via Australia Post.
6. What is the cost for delivery?
Chimera uses Australia Post service for all deliveries within Australia, at a fixed cost of $10, regardless of number of items. This charge applies to each delivery, for example if you have three items going to three different places, three delivery charges of $10 each will apply. We can also ship overseas. Please contact us for the exact cost of delivery for your international location.
7. Can I send an item to someone else?
Yes – Just make sure you enter their address details in the Shipping Details section of your Shopping Cart.
8. Can I send an item to someone overseas?
We can deliver orders to customers overseas. Please ask us how.
9. Can I return my product?
We offer Product Satisfaction Guarantee which means you can return your unwanted product to us within 14 days of purchase. Note that delivery charge is not refundable and returns are at the cost of the sender.
10. Do you always have enough product in stock?
Occasionally a product may be unavailable, but unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. Once you order and we have ran out of stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know when the new stock will arrive.
11. How can I pay?
Payments can be made via paypal, direct debit, cheque or money order. All major Credit Cards, and Debit Cards through www.paypal.com, Bank Account transfers through www.paypal.com, or use your Account Balance in www.paypal.com. Pay Pal is one of the safest, secure forms of payment, and gives you buyer protection on all your purchases. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account anymore to pay with a credit card, and it won't cost you anything. Pay Pal has more than 71 Million accounts Worldwide, and growing.
12. Do you offer special discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes- please contact us at customerservice@chimeracc.com and we can work out a special price for your bulk purchase.
13. Where are Chimera nail polish made from?
We are a proud Australian made and owned company. Our nail polish is manufactured in Australia from locally and imported ingredients.
14. Can I become a Chimera stockist?
